Stretch belt is difficult to install. No need for specialist tool however. To make the job easier, unbolt the AC compressor and let it hang. Slip the old belt off and the new belt on by walking the belt across while turning the compressor by hand. With the belt on, locate the rearmost single bolt of the compressor and loosely tighten this up. Use a pry bar against the compressor and front bumper bar to align the other front two bolts and tighten.
