What is the difference between Genuine, OEM & Aftermarket parts? 

Genuine: 
Genuine Ford or Genuine Volvo are the parts the vehicle was built with at the factory. 

These are the same parts that you will get from your local Ford or Volvo dealer and will have FoMoCo/Ford/Volvo branding on them. 

OEM:
 Ford/Volvo don't make their own parts when they build vehicles. They contract manufacturers to make parts for them. After a certain time period has passed these manufacturers are allowed to sell these parts outside of the dealer network so long as they have removed the FoMoCo/Ford/Volvo branding from them. This allows those parts to be sold at a lower price despite being the exact same parts as what can be bought from the dealership. 



Aftermarket: High quality aftermarket carefully selected as a good balance between quality and cost by us. We do not sell any parts that we haven't physically installed and use in our workshop XR5 Focus & Mondeo, Focus RS mk2 or Focus RS mk3. 

Shipping:
We pride ourselves on not being a drop shipper. We ship from our own physical stock at all times. We do this because our aim is to get all products ordered to you as fast as physically possible. Due to this our primary shipping method for all small products is Australia Post Express satchels.
Unfortunately the store doesn't know what can be shipped together and what can not. If you are order multiple small items that can be shipped together we will combine the shipping for you and issue a store credit for the shipping refund so that you can spend it on your next purchase. 
 

NOTE: Store credits can only be issued to accounts so ensure you register for an account! 
Some products due to type, weight or value can not be shipped together due to damage risks. For example: electronic parts can not be shipped with hard or heavy parts


Payment FAQ

Can I pay using a credit or debit card instead of PayPal? 
Yes, just go through the checkout as if you are paying with PayPal and at the very end it will ask you to log in to PayPal but underneath the login section there is a pay with card option. 


Warranty: 
All products carry a 12 month warranty as standard. 
Warranty claims are assessed on a case by case basis, the part must be returned to us for inspection first. 
No warranty claims will be accepted if product as been incorrectly installed or used incorrectly eg fitted to the wrong vehicle. 
If in doubt as to how to install a part or if a part is applicable to your application please seek professional assistance from a licenced mechanic or contact us. 


Faulty or defective products: 
Full refund will be given for any faulty product once it has been returned. We'll also pay the return shipping costs once returned if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item) by refunding your original shipping cost. Please contact the store if you need to return a purchase. 

Cancelled Orders & Returns Policy:
Change of mind purchases are eligible for a store credit once cancelled or returned, if returned in an unused, as new condition with original packaging unopened and intact. 
NOTE: Change of mind purchases have 30 days from time of order to return product to us.
Store credit will be minus a 20% restocking fee. 

Products that have been fitted to a vehicle or used in any form are not eligible for returns unless deemed defective. 
All defective returns must be returned for inspection. 
Please ensure all returns are shipped with a tracking number. 

Note: Made to order products are not eligible for return unless deemed defective (eg Intercoolers, exhausts, intakes). 
Damage deemed to be caused by incorrect install procedures are not eligible for return.
