Short Shift Kit Mondeo XR5

I'm so glad I decided to pick this up. It really gets rid of that slack in your shifts, and makes those earlier gears way quicker to get through. Took me less than 10 minutes to set up in my driveway, and the instructions are very detailed and straightforward. Definitely purchase one of these!

Cheap and effective mod. Sharpens up the gear change feel and makes it quicker to get through the gears. Not much aftermarket support for the XR5T Mondeos out there but OEM offers a abundance of upgrades and always quick shipping.

I am so impressed with the feel of this now! This is THE “day 2” mod for the Mondeo! If you buy one of these cars and you need to hop it up the very next day, this is the mod. This is how they should’ve been from factory.

Short shift was very easy to install. It dramatically improved the shifting and had the added benefit of removing the slop in the shifter. Great product.

Purchased the short shift and loved the simplicity of installation and the significant reduction of the throw. No improvement to the performance per se yet gives you more time on the fun pedal. Literally took two minutes to install.

Definitely a nice difference - particularly in 2/4/6/reverse gears. Seems to have 'tightened' up the gear shift action a little too. Happy! Can be a little tricky getting the shifter back together at the end, especially with the 'lift' feature for reverse.

Improves the driving experience and so easy to install. A must for any Mondeo XR5 owner you will not regret it.
