Simple & solid piece of kit that works as promised. Full instructions and custom made tool supplied make my novice auto mechanic skills look good. The 30% reduction is enough with the OEM gear lever/knob set-up to remove nearly all perceivable slop and leave you with enough feel to still be confident for sharp changes up/down when you want to. The shorter throw forward also let's me get into a more comfortable driving position with my longer than average legs and 6' frame.
