Block Mod Shims Focus / Mondeo XR5 Turbo

I have given 5 stars as to not bring down supplier as the service is exceptional. However I did ask for fitting instructions for these shims when I ordered and a sticker on the packet saying freeze for 24 hours before fitting is not really fitting instructions. If anyone gets to read this and is fitting these themselves, I strongly suggest to use a filed down hacksaw blade or sharpened feeler gauge to remove any debris from the grooves in the block as once you tap these home with a hard nylon hammer they will not move and I was unfortunate to have a bit of crud underneath the first one I fitted which had it protruding proud of the block. I did manage being extremely careful to cut it down under the surface.
